There's a shortage of masks in shops across the UK as the number of people falling ill with Coronavirus continues to rise.
The situation has become so dire that branches of Screwfix are restricting the number of face masks people can buy.
Now, bosses have decided to limit the amount of masks customers can buy at one time, reports LeicestershireLive.
And a number of branches have already sold out of Screwfix's cheapest mask which costs just £2.99.
Customers have also reported the Delta Plus Foldable Valved Mask with a pricetag of £21.99 are also out of stock in most locations.
A Screwfix spokesman said:"We are prioritising our trade customers so that they can purchase face masks to provide protection against dust whilst working on site.
"Screwfix is a retailer and not a wholesale operator. We will not be selling wholesale quantities."
Lots of people have taken to social media to voice their shock at the situation.
One person wrote: "Went to @Screwfix to get a dust mask for work and all of them were sold out. I asked one of the workers and he said it’s because of the #coronavirus."
While another said: "Why are we UNABLE to buy FACE MASKS in the UK? I have tried 5 different chemists and all say they can’t buy any supplies?"
And one other person wrote Screwfix is "limiting amounts of how many people can buy".
Tragically, the number of deaths in China, where the outbreak first began, has risen to 1,113
The National Health Commission said 2,015 new cases had been reported over the last 24 hours, representing a second day of decline.
Globally around 45,000 have been diagnosed.
