The coronavirus pandemic has all of us going about our daily lives a little differently.
Many of us are spending a large portion of our time washing our hands, using hand sanitiser and disinfecting household surfaces.
And while you may feel like doing all that is a lot, it's worth sparing a thought for the medical staff and carers having to go to extremes to keep themselves and their patients safe.
A nurse from Ohio has shared her daily 'decontamination' routine, which starts the second she leaves work and gets in her car - and it's fair to say it's really intense.
The nurse, known only as Jess, shared a video of a few of the steps she follows on TikTok, where it quickly went viral.
The hospital worker, who has worked in her profession for eight years, is currently caring for patients impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic.
As such she is taking all of the proper precautions, including soaking her shoes in bleach water and disinfecting her car when she gets home from the hospital.
In her TikTok video, she says: "Just got home after having a suspected COVID-19 patient on our unit. Commence the decontamination routine."
The footage shows her taking off her shoes and putting them in a tub of bleach water, to soak overnight, before getting out disinfectant wipes to clean over her phone, watch and keys.

Jess then strips out of her scrubs in the garage, putting them straight into the wash.
But this is the least of it.
Speaking to Yahoo Lifestyle, the nurse added that once she's put the clothes in the wash, she takes a shower, then does a "daily home wipe down" targeting "all doorknobs, all light switches, remotes, toilet handles, fridge, microwave and sinks."
The video, which was shared last week has since had millions of views.
Jess explains that she shared it in the hope that people would understand that those on the front lines of the pandemic are not being "careless" in any way.
"We are all taking the restrictions put upon us very seriously [and] are monitoring our own symptoms on a daily basis,” she explained. "Aside from going to work, getting food or putting gas in our cars, we are adhering firmly to the stay-home mandate."
A number of fellow nurses and medical workers commented on her TikTok to say they also had similar routines.
One replied: "X-ray tech here, and I have a VERY similar routine post-shift! Stay safe!"
Another wrote, "My dad’s an ER doctor, he does the same."
