Coronavirus Northern Ireland full breakdown of cases

A total of 8,740 people have now been tested for Coronavirus in Northern Ireland, with 1,158 positive results.

Sadly seven new deaths have been reported since yesterday bringing the total number of patients who have died so far to 70.

The Belfast Trust has carried out the most tests at 3,347.

The largest number of confirmed cases outside of Belfast is seen in the Lisburn and Castlereagh district.

More women than men are now confirmed to have the virus, a change from last week's stats.

While the age group with the most confirmed cases is between 45 and 69.

Public Health chiefs are yet to release data on those who have sadly died after contracting the virus.

More deaths were reported last Thursday than any other day so far.
