Coronavirus Northern Ireland: Breakdown of recent figures

No deaths related to Coronavirus have been reported in Northern Ireland today.

Most recent figures from the Department of Health indicate that the death toll here remains at 554.

And a further four positive cases were recorded.

In the last seven days, there have been a 24 positive cases of the virus recorded by the Department.

Belfast remains the district with the highest number of deaths (161) and of confirmed cases of Covid-19 (1,415).

In terms of hospital admissions for those who have tested positive for the virus, there are currently nine inpatients.

There have been a total of 1,507 hospital admissions to date, and 1,486 discharges.

The Department also reports that there are currently no ICU patients related to the virus in Northern Ireland.

As of 10am on Friday July 10, there have been 5,772 individuals who have tested positive for the virus out of a total of 119,180 tested.
