There have been a further 115 number of confirmed cases of the coronavirus in Ireland.
Health officials have also confirmed that 11 people have sadly lost their lives due to COVID-19.
That brings the total number of confirmed cases in the country to 24,506.
To date there have also been 1,592 deaths related to the ongoing pandemic.
Coronavirus symptoms:
- a cough - this can be any kind of cough, not just dry
- shortness of breath
- breathing difficulties
- fever or chills
Other symptoms are fatigue, headaches, sore throat, aches and pains.
