Coronation Street's shady Laurence exposed as Todd discovers sinister 'truth'

Sean Tully's boyfriend Laurence Reeves has left viewers suspicious of his intentions ever since he turned up on Coronation Street - and it looks like they were right to doubt him.

After Laurence (Robert Shaw Cameron) managed to charm Sean ( Antony Cotton ) and then track him down, while Sean had also tracked him down, they began dating.

But in upcoming episodes, it looks as though things go all wrong after Todd makes a surprising discovery.

While Sean, Laurence and Dylan - Sean's son - get ready to go out for the evening, Sean asks Todd to take a photo of them all on Laurence's mobile.

Todd grabs the phone and just as he's about to snap a picture, a photo pops up that leaves him stunned.

Later in the Rovers, Sean tries to break into Laurence's phone, but is caught red-handed by his furious boyfriend.

Laurence storms out after snatching back his phone and Sean is left embarrassed by his actions.

Back at home, Sean worries about what he's done and Glenda (Jodie Prenger) suggests that he needs to make a grand gesture to win Laurence back - which could be turning up to the dentist's surgery with a huge bunch of flowers.

However, Sean's plan fails and he returns home after missing Laurence.

It comes after weeks of speculation from fans that Laurence isn't being entirely honest about who he is.

In previous episodes, Sean was working despite being about to go on a date with Laurence, but explained that his boyfriend was just going to sit at the bar and keep him company instead.

As Sean and Glenda chatted away, she referred to Sean's relationship with his son Dylan and turned to Laurence, pointing out that they never heard anything about his family.

Laurence appeared uncomfortable and swiftly changed the subject.

What could be be hiding?
