Coronation Street fans spot epic blunder in Kelly's tragic kidnap plot on Virgin Media soap

Eagle-eyed Coronation Street viewers spotted an epic blunder on Wednesday night.

During the latest instalment of the Virgin Media One soap, Gary Windass was seen being kidnapped after Kelly Neelan ordered a hit on him. She also revealed she knew about him killing her dad Rick.

The drama happened bang smack in the middle of an engagement party being thrown for Kelly and Aadi Alahan.

As the dramatic scenes unfolded, Kelly was seen fleeing the party with Gary following behind her.

However, he had no idea it was all a ruse to get him outside so that Kieron and his cronies could bundle him into the back of the van.

Despite the tense episode, viewers watching at home were quick to point out a rather major blunder which would involve Kelly getting caught, Mirror UK reports.

Taking to Twitter, one person wrote: "So loads of people just saw Kelly run out of the party followed by Gary just before he goes missing and presumably ends up dead. #Corrie."

Another said: "I take it Kelly never thought of things like ring doorbells and CCTV? #Corrie."

Someone else mocked: "Yeah Kelly is safe as houses. Runs out of the Bistro followed by Gary... Then the van drives right past it on its way out.... All in broad daylight.. And we all know the Bistro has cameras.. Case closed! #Corrie."

Coronation Street airs Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 8pm on Virgin Media One and the Virgin Media Player.
