Fans of Coronation Street have been left wondering how old Jack Webster is meant to be following this week's episodes.
On Monday viewers watched on as the youngster looked overjoyed at the news that Abi Franklin had returned home.
His dad Kevin broke the news to him and the pair collected a meal from the Bistro from Kev's sister Debbie.
Jack said they should get Abi her favourite cheesecake from the deli but while they were out, Abi disappeared to visit her ex and Seb's dad Tez, despite her claims she was visiting Sally Metcalfe.
"I hope it helps ya," Tez said after he handed a gun to Abi which was wrapped in a piece of cloth.
Abi replied menacingly: "Oh, it will... Blasting Corey Brent's brains out of his skull is all I need."
However, while Abi was stepping up her plan to avenge the death of her son, Kevin and Jack returned and excitedly started to decorate the home with a welcome home banner as Abi tried to hide the gun in a biscuit tin.
Jack asked Abi to promise she wouldn't leave again, but she couldn't get the words out as she continued to be determined on getting justice for Seb.
While she tried to explain herself, Jack interrupted and blasted: "Stop saying you’re sorry. It doesn’t mean anything because you’re a liar."
Before leaving the house, he shouted: "I hate you!"
Later on in the episode the pair seemingly made up as they enjoyed a hot chocolate. But this made viewers question how old the star was meant to be.
Taking to Twitter, one fan wrote: "Jack crying. STOP TREATING HIM LIKE A 5 year old! He's like 25 #Corrie."
Another shared: "Jack looks about 20 but behaves like a 5 year old #Corrie @ITV."
A third asked: "How old is Jack? He looks about 14/15 so why they treating him like a baby? #corrie."
"Jack’s age??! #corrie," penned a fourth.
And another added: "Jack a 14 year old actor with his voice breaking, playing a 10 year old and acting and being treated like a bloody 5 year old #corrie."
Jack is the son of Kevin and the late Molly Dobbs after the pair had an affair.
He was born in September 2010, which makes him 11-years-old. He is played by Kyran Bowes who is 14 in real life.
