McGregor's 'Mac Mansion' in Las Vegas became well-known to UFC fans over the years as the Dubliner and his coaches prepared for fights in Sin City.

The 32-year-old has kept up his tradition of staying in luxurious lodgings ahead of his latest scrap.

McGregor is staying in Dubai with his family before he makes the trip to the UFC's 'Fight Island' next week.

Elaborating on his plans, he told The Mac Life: "A couple more days here in Dubai and then we go to Abu Dhabi Fight Island. We've got 48 hours of quarantine, which is self isolation in a hotel.

"I'm excited to see Abu Dhabi, I've been blown away by Dubai; the place is beautiful, the people are amazing and I'm very excited to get to Abu Dhabi also.

"The hospitality has been amazing so far here in Dubai and from what I've seen from Abu Dhabi I'm very excited to get there.

"I'm very honoured to be here and to perform for the people out here."
