Conor McGregor claims he has the best hemp farm in America as he poses with blunt

Conor McGregor has claimed that he owns the "the best hemp farm in the USA" as he once again shared a photo of himself smoking a blunt.

The Notorious has been spending time in California after breaking his leg in his UFC bout with Dustin Poirier last month.

Earlier this week, McGregor posted a video of himself to his Instagram story smoking what he described as a "big blunt".

"A big blunt. Yeah, look at the neck on me! I'm getting jacked," he laughed.

And now the former two-weight champion has revealed that he owns a hemp farm in Oregon, which he claims is the best in America.

Responding to a comment on Instagram, McGregor said: "The strain is indica dominant. A lovely strain! It comes from my hemp farm in Eugene, Oregon. Where my @tidlsport is produced.

"We've been testing some different strains out. This one is indica dominant, but we've a lot of quality produce in the works for our fans.

"The land around Oregon, and Eugene in particular, is absolutely breathtaking. I've the best hemp farm in the USA. Produces nothing but quality!

"A few hits of this one to unwind and enjoy the sounds and the surrounds. Works a real treat with my recovery too. Everything in moderation though. God bless."

Hemp is from the same species of plant as cannabis and it is legal to sell hemp products in America.

It is used in McGregor's TIDL Sport Plant-Powered Cryotherapy Topical Spray, which he launched earlier this year.

The spray is said to "deliver powerful relief through cryotherapy and novel plant science, leaving athletes feeling refreshed and ready to take their training to the next level".

It has been a busy few weeks of business for McGregor, with his Black Forge Pub recently opening its doors for the first time since undergoing a reported €1million renovation following its purchase by the UFC star.

Last week, McGregor took time out from mingling with Justin Bieber to praise staff for an "amazing" first day of opening.

The Black Forge Inn shared a picture on its Instagram page of three staff members hailing the "incredible" first day of service.

The image was captioned: "What an amazing day here at @theblackforgeinn , we would like to thank all of our old customers for coming back and supporting us as per usual, such amazing loyalty.

"To all the new faces that joined us today we can't wait to see you again and turn you into regulars.

"This is only the beginning for The Black Forge Inn. We have so many world class experiences to bring to Dublin Twelve.

"To the entire team, well done on an incredible first day of service. Tomorrow we do it all again. Sláinte."

Pub owner McGregor was quick to share his appreciation for his employees, responding by commending the "excellent work" of the team.

Earlier this year, the Dubliner sold the majority stake of his whiskey brand, Proper 12 in a $600 million deal.
