David Moyes has made a few changes to his starting lineup that beat Gillingham in the FA Cup last weekend as the Premier League returns to action at Bramall Lane.
For the first time in 13 years, the Hammers have made the trip to Sheffield United in the league and the manager hasn't tinkered with his team too much as he targets a third straight win since being re-appointed at the helm.
In come Pablo Zabaleta, Aaron Cresswell and Mark Noble. Out go the injured Ryan Fredericks, Robert Snodgrass and Issa Diop.
Lukasz Fabianski starts in goal and Moyes has stuck with the back five that he employed at Gillingham with two changes to it from that team who started in Kent.
Fredericks is ruled out for up to seven weeks with a hamstring injury so Pablo Zabaleta starts at right wing back in his 300th Premier League appearance, with a middle three of Fabian Balbuena, Angelo Ogbonna and the returning Cresswell and Arthur Masuaku as the wing back.
In midfield, Declan Rice and Mark Noble reunite their partnership after it was broken up for the Gillingham game with Noble ruled out of that win with a knock.
Robert Snodgrass has been axed from the starting eleven as Manuel Lanzini keeps his place along with Felipe Andersoni n attacking midfield. Up front, Sebastien Haller leads the line as expected.
Also in the matchday squad is Hammers under 23s defender Goncalo Cardoso, a summer recruit from Boavista, who makes the senior squad for just the second time having also travelled to Oxford United in the Carabao Cup but didn't get off the bench.
Another youngster in Jeremy Ngakia has also made the journey to Yorkshire and has been named in the 18 as well.
