Concern over disappearance of man not familiar with Paisley or Glasgow

Police are appealing for the assistance of the public in tracing a man missing from Paisley since Friday (April 30).

Phu Cu Cao, a Vietnamese national, was last seen around 3.20 pm on Friday afternoon in Christie Street.

The 34-year-old is described as 5 ft 7 in height, with short black hair and was wearing a grey baseball cap, a black zipper fleece, black jogging bottoms and blue and grey Reebok trainers.

Officers believe that he may also have a red 'puffer' style jacket with him.

Sergeant Kane, Paisley Police Station, said: "Phu Cu Cao is not familiar with Paisley or Glasgow. We just want to make sure he is safe and well and would encourage him, or anyone who knows where he is, to get in touch with officers at Paisley Police Station via 101.

"Please quote reference number 2612 of 30 April, 2021 when calling."
