Police have shared a picture of a missing man who has not been seen for several hours.
Officers are searching for Mark Carr, who was last seen in the Springwell Estate in Gateshead at 10am on Thursday.
They say they are "concerned" for Mark and have shared his picture on social media in the hope that somebody recognises him.
Mark is described as 6ft and slim.
He was wearing a black t-shirt with a white stripe across the chest, a khaki hoody with dark jeans and black and grey Nike trainers when he went missing.
Anybody who sees him, or has information about his whereabouts, is asked to ring Northumbria Police on 101 quoting log number 887 010819.
