The Power System is an important mechanic that was added to Sailor Piece with the Moon Update. How to Unlock Sailor Piece Power System
To use the Power System, you need to first unlock it by talking to the Power Master NPC at Lawless Island. You must be Level 11,500 and give 5,500 Gems to the Power Master NPC to unlock the Sailor Piece Power System.
After unlocking the system, you can use Power Shards to roll for Power Traits. There are 15+ Power Traits in Sailor Piece, classified by rarity. You can see the full list of the Power Traits and their respective stats in the latter section of this guide. But first, a quick guide on how to get the Power System currency.
How to Get Power Shards in Sailor Piece
If you want to use the Power System to obtain a Power Trait, you’ll need Power Shards. Power Shard is a Legendary item that drops from all mobs, mini-bosses, and world bosses of Sailor Piece. The exact drop chances are unknown, but they are quite low, and you will definitely have to grind a lot to get tons of Power Shards.
If you are a late-game player (Level 12,000), I suggest you grind the strongest mobs (Ninja and Lawless Island mobs) and bosses in the game, because higher difficulty NPCs have a higher chance of dropping Power Shards.
