Colts improve to 11.5-point favorites vs. Dolphins

The Indianapolis Colts (5-3) opened the week as heavy favorites against the Miami Dolphins (1-7) for the Week 10 matchup at Lucas Oil Stadium, and the spread has only gotten bigger.

Likely due to the expectation that quarterback Jacoby Brissett will play despite suffering an MCL sprain in Week 9, the Colts are now 11.5-point home favorites against the Dolphins, per BetMGM.

The Colts have yet to have a game decided by more than one score this season. Every game they have played has ended with a difference of no more than seven points.

Indy will be without wide receiver T.Y. Hilton so it might be difficult for the Colts to put this game away in a blowout fashion, especially since they haven’t proven to be that type of team yet.

The Dolphins are 4-1 against the spread in their last five games. In their last seven games, the total has gone under in five of them. The Colts are 2-2 against the spread at home but until the offense shows they can dominate for four quarters, this spread might be a little too big.

The Colts and Dolphins are set for a 4:05 p.m. ET kickoff at Lucas Oil Stadium on Sunday.
