EA Sports is hosting a free play weekend for College Football 26, giving players on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S a chance to jump in if they haven’t already purchased the game.
The trial is easy to find on the PlayStation Store, but it’s a little trickier on Xbox because it seems it’s only available for subscribers. For those with Game Pass Ultimate, Standard or Core, the trial is available under the Free Play Days collection in the Subscriptions tab of the Xbox Store. Of course if you’re an EA Play subscriber the 10-hour game trial is also available on both consoles.
It’s a good time to get in on the action since EA recently released a roster update, adding over 1,000 new players with a focus on incoming freshmen. The update also made tweaks to player heights and weights while introducing team logos on backplates.
