Lord Coe is backing the Brentwood Gazette's "Go for Gold" campaign to establish a new £1.5m cancer care centre in Chelmsford. The Helen Rollason Heal Cancer Charity is joining forces with the Gazette and its sister paper the Essex Chronicle to make its dream a reality. Rollason, a TV sports presenter, died from cancer in 1999. Lord Coe said: "It is essential the charity is able to open a permanent centre so we can continue to support anyone who needs us."
