There's been a bit of warmth in the air and the sun has been seen the last few days, which can mean only one thing: It's margarita season!
Well, every season is margarita season if you like, but there's something about warm, sunny weather that says time to break out the tequila, which is why we're going Mexican for this week's Cocktail of the Week.
While you can use any agave-based spirit to make a half-decent cocktail, we'd recommend using something like Cuervo Tradicional Silver. It's a step (or two) above what you might have encountered on a hazy night in Copper's during fresher's week and definitely lends itself to sipping rather than slamming.
There are a million margarita recipes out there, but we like this one, provided by Jose Cuervo, for its deliciousness and simplicity.
