Clydeside Expressway to close for resurfacing and bridge works

The Clydeside Expressway is to be closed next week for resurfacing and bridge works.

The eastbound carriageway of the A814 will be shut overnight between 8pm and 6am on Monday August 5 and Monday August 12.

The westbound carriageway will be closed off from 8pm until 6am on Wednesday August and August 15. Wednesday 14 & Thursday 15 August 2019.

The closures are to allow for resurfacing and installation of bridge expansion joints.

Drivers going eastbound will be diverted to the exit off slip at Partick B808 / Glasgow Harbour, then continue right along Beith Street, turning left onto Castlebank Street. They will continue eastbound along Castlebank Street to the junction with Stobcross Road then turn left onto the on slip with A814 Clydeside Expressway Eastbound.

Drivers going westbound will be diverted to the Glasgow Harbour exit off slip then continue straight along Castlebank Street, turning right onto Hayburn Street before a left-turn onto on the slip.
