Italy appears to be the preferred destination for the Resort 2026 season. Chanel showed in Lake Como, Gucci is about to put on its extravaganza in Florence and Max Mara is traveling to Naples. Christian Dior already announced that its collection will be unveiled in Rome, the birthplace of designer Maria Grazia Chiuri. Now we know that the Christian Dior Cruise 2026 show will be held at the mysterious Villa Albani Torlonia.

The complex was constructed by architect Carlo Marchionni, designed to hold the treasures of 18th-century arts patron Cardinal Alessandro Albani. Naturally, the grounds boast an impressive array of Roman and Greek antiques. It's actually a pretty major coup as although visitors can schedule viewings of the villa, photography is not allowed. The French fashion house loves to go big and even top itself season after season. For Cruise 2025, the brand held its presentation at a Scottish castle. There are some rumblings that this may be the final Christian Dior show for the current designer, another possible reason why this event is so grand.
