A child in Stafford, UK has been airlifted to hospital in critical condition following a medical emergency that occurred at a trampoline park.
An ambulance, paramedic officer and the Midlands Air Ambulance were all dispatched to the scene of the incident which took place at AIREA51 jump park in Stafford Park, Telford, Sunday, April 16 at around 3pm.
Advanced life support was administered to the boy which continued as he was flown to Royal Stoke University Hospital for further treatment.
In a statement on Facebook, AIREA51 posted that it would be closed on Monday, however, it would late reopen on Tuesday.
Amy Stubbs, a spokeswoman for West Midlands Ambulance Service, told the Mirror: "We were called to a medical emergency at Stafford Park 12 in Stafford Park, Telford just before 3pm yesterday (Sunday).
"An ambulance, paramedic officer and the Midlands Air Ambulance from Cosford were sent to the scene where, on arrival, crews found a child in a critical condition.
"Ambulance staff administered advanced life support which continued en route to Royal Stoke Hospital where he was airlifted to for further treatment."
AIREA51 posted on Facebook saying: "Unfortunately we will be closed all day Monday, 17 April but will be reopen Tuesday, 18."
The Mirror has contacted AIREA51 for a comment.
