The 2021 Cheltenham Festival is finally underway!
In a normal year, onlookers would see a racecourse packed with 65,000 people, having a day out at the top-class sporting event.
But this year, due to COVID-19, there will be no general admission and the numbers of people on-course from March 16-19 will be strictly limited.
Nonetheless, this second day got off to a thrilling start as Henry de Bromhead's Bob Olinger put in a stunning performance under Rachael Blackmore to win the Ballymore Novices' Hurdle.
Later in the day, Blackmore's winning momentum continued as she bolted for home on the Willie Mullins-trained Sir Gerhard in the Champion Bumper to end another strange day at an eerily quiet Cheltenham.
