Chelsea XI vs Hull City: Starting lineup and latest team news today

Frank Lampard made nine changes for Chelsea’s FA Cup third-round win over Nottingham Forest, and rotates once again for today's trip to Hull City.

Fikayo Tomori was a key figure in the early part of the campaign, but has started just four of their last 12 matches in all competitions.

He has been given a chance at centre-back alongside Kurt Zouma, while despite Cesar Azpilicueta’s desire to play sees him selected ahead of youngster Tariq Lamptey at right-back.

A midfield reshuffle is possible with N’Golo Kante rested, while Mason Mount and Ross Barkley come in. Christian Pulisic’s ongoing adductor problem means Pedro gets a chance in place of Willian.

The Blues are yet to learn the full extent of Tammy Abraham’s ankle injury, but regardless he is not available this weekend and Michy Batshuayi deputises.

Chelsea XI (4-3-3): Caballero, Azpilicueta, Zouma, Tomori, Alonso; Barkley, Kovacic, Mount; Hudson-Odoi, Batshuayi, Pedro.

Subs: Cumming, Christensen, Lamptey, Maatsen, Emerson, Gilmour, Willian
