Chelsea XI vs Fulham: Starting lineup, confirmed team news, injury latest for Premier League game today

Cole Palmer and Armando Broja both start in attack for Chelsea against Fulham tonight.

Palmer makes his first Premier League start for his new club in the west London derby at Craven Cottage having impressed on his full debut in the Carabao Cup win over Brighton last week, while Broja starts for the first time following a nine-month injury lay-off.

Mauricio Pochettino remains without 10 players after Ben Chilwell picked up a hamstring problem against Brighton.

He joins Reece James, Christopher Nkunku, Romeo Lavia, Benoit Badiashile, Trevoh Chalobah, Wesley Fofana and Marcus Bettinelli on the treatment table.

Nicolas Jackson serves his one-game suspension after picking up his fifth yellow card of the season already in the 1-0 defeat to Aston Villa. Malo Gusto was also sent off last weekend and serves the second match of his three-game ban on Monday.

The fit-again Broja steps up to replace Jackson in a forward line reshuffle, joined by Palmer, Mykhailo Mudryk and Enzo Fernandez, with Raheem Sterling only on the bench after a virus.

Moises Caicedo and Conor Gallagher are the two holding midfielders in front of a back four featuring Marc Cucurella for the first time in the Premier League this season.

Pochettino opts to replace Chilwell with Cucurella, rather than Ian Maatsen. Axel Disasi fills in at right-back with Thiago Silva and Levi Colwill at centre-back in front of Robert Sanchez.

Chelsea XI: Sanchez, Disasi, Thiago Silva, Colwill, Cucurella, Caicedo, Gallagher, Palmer, Fernandez, Mudryk, Broja

Subs: Petrovic; Gilchrist, Brooking, Maatsen; Ugochukwu, Matos, Madueke, Sterling; Washington

Injured: James, Nkunku, Lavia, Badiashile, Chalobah, Fofana, Bettinelli, Chilwell

Suspended: Jackson, Gusto

Time and date: 8pm BST on Monday October 2, 2023

Venue: Craven Cottage
