Chelsea and Liverpool supporters notice major ITV issue during FA Cup final coverage

By Lewis Pangratiou

Football fans watching the FA Cup final live on either BBC or ITV have noticed an issue with the live stream.

The BBC's coverage started at 4pm and is being hosted by Gary Lineker, with analysis coming from Alan Shearer and Micah Richards. Meanwhile, ITV got underway at 3.45pm, with Mark Poutgatch presenting. Joe Cole, Roy Keane, Ian Wright, Robbie Fowler and Laura Woods are all also on duty.

The scores are tied 0-0 as things stand at half-time, but fans watching from home have noticed one particular issue with the coverage on ITV. That's because the live stream appears to be a few seconds behind BBC's. Plus, some have even suggested that both channels are being a tad glitchy.

@Maroothy said: "For anyone who is bothered by the ITV coverage [being] a few seconds behind BBC. I just turned over because I don't like Jenas but switched back because of the lag."

@LuckyLu31582986 said: "What is going on with the FA Cup final!! Bbc and ITV both channels are constantly stuttering."

@press_foxes said: "Coverage of fa cup on both BBC and ITV is incredibly glitchy, what is going on?"

It's a tad unfortunate for those watching at home, but the final is poised to be a close encounter going into the second-half, and it should be a good watch regardless.
