Charlotte Hawkins has revealed how she copes with the early starts she has Good Morning Britain.
The TV presenter revealed that she has the same bedtime as her six-year-old daughter Ella.
Speaking to The Mirror on the red carpet at the TRIC Awards, Charlotte said she also has to be in bed by nine o’clock at night in order to wake up in time for the ITV breakfast show.
She told us: “I have the same bedtime as my six-year-old!”
“I try to be in bed by nine,” Charlotte added.
“That’s why she looks so good!” Ben Shepherd joked.
Charlotte also told us that she struggled to cope with the team of GMB hair stylists and wardrobe department during the pandemic.


She also suffered a wardrobe malfunction, that she didn’t notice until after filming the show ended.
Charlotte said: “During the height of the restrictions, we can’t have as many people in the studio, its times like that you realise you’re basically useless without them.
“I did manage to go into the studio and not realise until the end of the show I was wearing mismatched shoes.
“Apparently I can’t even dress myself without assistance.
“Quite frankly I’m amazed i made it through.”
Ben also told us that he believes Piers Morgan will return to Good Morning Britain one day.
Piers left the show after 50,000 people, including Meghan Markle herself, complained about his comments about the Duchess of Sussex.

Piers was told to apologise or leave and he quit the show just days later.
Ben told us: “I don’t doubt at some point Piers will make a reappearance.”
