The time has finally arrived for the Championship play-offs to take centre stage.
With Norwich and Watford already promoted to the Premier League, all eyes now turn to Bournemouth, Brentford, Barnsley and Swansea as they battle it out to reach the heights of English football.
Bournemouth face Brentford at 18:00, with Barnsley up against Swansea at 20:15 in the first legs of the semi-finals.
There is only one spot left, with all four teams only three games away from gaining Premier League status.
