Celtics defeat Heat 110-105 in Dwyane Wade’s last game in Boston

The Celtics spoiled Dwyane Wade’s last trip to Boston, winning 110-105 on Monday. The Celtics led by as many as 23 points in the victory.

Boston went without Jaylen Brown, who was out to back spasms. But that didn’t slow the Celtics down.

Kyrie Irving was his typical self and led the way with 25 points. He also finished with eight rebounds, three assists and two steals — though he did have six turnovers.

Al Horford had a triple-double finishing with 19 points, 11 rebounds and 10 assists.

Jayson Tatum also finished with 19 points. He also had six rebounds, five assists and one steal.

Gordon Hayward finished with 11 points, four rebounds, two steals, one assist and block coming off the bench.

Overall, the team shot 39.6 percent from the field and 42.5 percent from three point range.

Wade left Boston with 17 points to his name, to go with seven assists, five rebounds and a steal while coming off the bench for the Heat.

The Celtics move to 46-32 on the season with four games left in the regular season. They are tied with the Indiana Pacers for the fourth seed in the Eastern Conference.
