Celtic's Nir Bitton gets 'first hat-trick' as wife set to welcome third child

Celtic star Nir Bitton has announced that he is set to get his first 'hat-trick' as his wife is pregnant with their third child.

The Israeli mid-fielder and his wife Bar announced the happy news by posting sweet pictures on Instagram.

The snaps include their two children, Emma 5, and Tom 3, clutching a scan picture and beaming with pride.

Sharing the pictures, he wrote: "My first hat trick."

And many friends and fans flocked to the comments to congratulate the happy couple.

According to reports, Bitton is considering quitting Celtic in the summer and returning to Israel after nine glittering years in Glasgow.

The 30-year-old is on the verge of collecting his eighth Premiership winners’ medal with the Hoops – and his 18th honour overall – after playing a big part in the club’s decade of dominance.

Record Sport understands Celtic have the option of activating another year on his current deal but the midfielder is weighing up offers from his homeland, with Maccabi Tel Aviv and Maccabi Haifa keen on landing the international star.

Bitton hinted at the weekend his time at the club was coming to an end as he posted pictures with his family on the Parkhead pitch saying, “It’s been a hell of a journey”.
