The dossier, allegedly from a recruitment meeting in April, was circulated on fans' forums and appears to detail in-depth potential key targets for the summer window.
According to The Scottish Sun, Parkhead chief Peter Lawwell and boss Neil Lennonhave been made aware of the breach.
It's also claimed the Hoops will treat the leak as a criminal matter.
The details include several potential signings and departures and includes initials of staff members in attendance.
The Premiership champions have been plagued with leaks this season, with their starting XI for several high profile clashes getting out ahead of time.
