Celtic are "in talks" with East Kilbride and Dumbarton regarding cooperation agreements, according to a new report.
These agreements would see young players sent out for first-team experience. Last season, Celtic had a similar arrangement with Ayr United, sending players such as Jude Bonnar, Ben Summers, and Kyle Ure on loan to the Championship club.
The Daily Record has reported that Celtic have spoken to League One newcomers East Kilbride and League Two's Dumbarton about similar agreements.

Dumbarton have already signed Celtic's 19-year-old goalkeeper Aidan Rice on loan. Both clubs could benefit from free player loans, with Celtic retaining the right to recall or reassign the players outside of the transfer windows.
Per the report, Celtic do not have the same urgency to send players out as they still have their B team operating in the Lowland League.
However, the club wants to have any agreements in place before the domestic leagues kick off in Scotland.
