Cell Phone Records Raise Questions In Trump Case Investigation

In a recent development in the Trump case, cell phone records have brought Fonny Willis back into focus. The judge is currently investigating the timeline of the relationship between the prosecutor and the DA. To gather more information, the judge interviewed Wade's law partner behind closed doors for several hours. The defense attorneys for former President Trump are seeking to admit cell phone records from Nathan Wade, claiming there are over 2,000 calls and 12 messages exchanged between the two individuals before their professional relationship began. These records allegedly show Wade visiting Willis' condo on 35 different occasions, despite Wade denying ever spending the night there.

The defense team is challenging the accuracy of the phone records, suggesting that if the records indicate calls made from the condo before November 1st, 2021, they would be incorrect. A hearing is scheduled for March 1st, during which the judge may decide to remove either Wade, Willis, or both from the case based on the evidence presented.
