- Romo was stopped while driving south on Interstate 43 in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin , and performed poorly on field sobriety tests, police say.
- Following his arrest , Romo was taken into custody, booked, and subsequently released by the Milwaukee County Sheriff’s Office.
- A court appearance for the incident has been scheduled for September 21.
- Romo has served as the lead game analyst for CBS' NFL coverage since 2017, after a 13-year NFL career spent entirely with the Dallas Cowboys.
