Carol Vorderman made the most of the hot weather as she went paddleboarding with friends.
The 60-year-old spent the morning soaking up the sun on a beach in Wales.
Sharing photos on social media, Carol headed out into the clear blue sea as she practised her paddleboarding.

The Countdown star shared two selfies as she wore a life jacket over her black swimsuit.
She styled the look with a pair of oversized sunglasses and opted for more natural wavy hair.
Carol said: "We were out very early this morning.... the water was so clear and calm... a special morning chilling on the boards."
She later added: "If you've got a minute spend it with me on the paddleboard..... early this morning in Wales.
"The water was unbelievably calm and clear... special special special day."
After enjoying the open sea, Carol tucked into breakfast on the beach, eating egg and bacon butties.
Fans were very envious of her beautiful surroundings, with many commenting on her post.
