This workshop is for a maximum of 20 sixth form students and runs for approximately two hours.
Students will find out about a typical day at the Guardian and producing stories for both print and online audiences. They will be given hints, tips and ideas about how to take the first steps towards a career in journalism.
The students will also go on a short tour of the Guardian offices and will take part in a question and answer session with a journalist.
Students should prepare in advance of the session.
