The Arizona Cardinals wanted to trade the third overall pick in the 2023 NFL draft. They did so, sending it to the Houston Texans,
The Cardinals will now have the 12th pick in the first round.
The Texans used the pick to take Alabama edge defender Will Anderson.
In the deal, the Cardinals sent the No. 3 pick and No. 105 pick (fourth round).
They receive the No. 12 pick, the No. 33 pick (second round), a 2024 first-round pick and 2024 third-round pick.
