The Arizona Cardinals returned some of their unsold tickets from the allotment for visiting fans, creating opportunities for New Orleans Saints to help pack the house for this week’s kickoff inside the Mercedes-Benz Superdome. This is the third time this year the visiting team has return unsold tickets for Saints fans to pounce on, following the season-opener with the Houston Texans and a Week 5 game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Hyped-up estimations that Dallas Cowboys fans might outnumber Saints faithful inside their own building back in Week 4 turned out to be unrealistic.
Saints fans have done a great job of filling out the Superdome in recent years, frequently selling out games and establishing a lengthy waiting list for season tickets. So fans without those season tickets who may want to get a firsthand look at the Saints this weekend (and possibly the return of injured quarterback Drew Brees) should act fast before these returned visitors’ tickets are snapped up.
