Today the election trail continues through Cardiff with Plaid Cymru launching their poster campaign at Grange Gardens in Grangetown at 9.30am and the Welsh Conservatives launching their ads at Atlantic Wharf at 11.30am. The Welsh Labour leader Carwyn Jones will launch their manifesto at the Wales Millennium Centre at 11am.
Also today, the giant debt clock will pass through Cardiff – run by the Tax Payers' Alliance the clock ticks on as the debt increases per seconf.
Yesterday afternoon police arrested two men in connection with the stabbing of 17-year-old Aamir Siddiqi. The men, aged 35 and 39 were arrested in the Broadway area of Roath – the attack took place at the Siddiqi house in Ninian Road near Roath Park where Aamir's parents were also wounded but survived.
