In one of the more creative and fantastic pieces of content I've seen lately, Pablo Torre, host of the Pablo Torre Finds Out podcast, did just that regarding Jones crushing a sick kid in a college football video game eight years ago: He found out the full story from Jones, who played for the Buckeyes from 2012 to ’15.
As Jones tells it, he met Jared Foley when he was at Ohio State. While visiting Foley in the hospital, he spotted an Xbox and told the youngster that he would kick his butt in NCAA Football 2014.
Jones said that the game was close in the first quarter, and then Foley started talking trash. Jones said that he then inserted himself as quarterback. “The Cardale Jones stat line had to be one of the best stat lines in all of gaming history,” said Jones.
Jones then added, “By the time that tweet came out, it was all fun and games because I remember him challenging me to play NHL and we were going back and forth on Twitter and I’m like, ‘Jared, bro, I’m Black. I don’t play hockey. I definitely don’t play hockey video games.’”
Jones also described his special bond with Foley and even suggested a rematch in the video below, which is well worth your time.

5. It's not a shock to hear that Russell Wilson is a little odd, but some of these stories from former Seahawks teammate Marshawn Lynch are pretty damning. At the top of the list is Lynch claiming that Wilson blocked his phone number while calling the running back.
