Car flips onto roof in horror crash on Fife road

Police raced to a horror crash in Fife that left a car overturned.

The Toyota Auris left the A921, known as the Kinghorn Road, and careered into a wall before flipping onto it's roof on Monday night.

In a lucky escape, the 23-year-old driver walked away with no serious injuries.

Officers attended the scene to investigate.

A Police Scotland spokesman told the Record: "At around 5.15pm on Monday, March 30 a one vehicle road traffic crash happened on Kinghorn Road, Burntisland.

"A Toyota Auris car, being driven by a 23-year-old man left the road, collided with a wall and overturned.

"No-one was injured in the crash."
