Car flips onto roof during early morning Dublin crash as emergency services race to scene

A road has been closed early on Saturday morning after a car flipped onto its roof in a crash in south Dublin.

Emergency services were notified to the crash on the Boherboy Road in Saggart before 9am with one vehicle ending up with smash glass on the ground after flipping.

Pictures of the incident were tweeted by Dublin Fire Brigade, who gave an update shortly after 9.

A spokesperson said: "The Boherboy Road in Saggart is currently closed following a roll over road traffic collision. The temporary closure will be lifted once recovery has taken place."
