A driver who said he swerved to avoid a fox cheated injury in a horror crash.
Police were called to Manchester Road in Bolton, close to the St Peter's Way exit slip road.
The driver, a man who hasn't been named, was found unhurt after the car flipped over and ended up in the road on its side.

Police said the driver stated he swerved to avoid a fox.
But they later confirmed he was driving without insurance and on a provisional licence.
No one else was reported injured.
Writing on Twitter on Saturday morning, GMP's traffic unit said: "Report of one vehicle road traffic collision on Manchester Road, Bolton, near to A666 exit.
"The driver stated he swerved to avoid a fox!
"Well the fox is OK...as for the car. Maybe not.
"Driver uninjured. Also found to be uninsured with a provisional licence. Reported and car awaiting recovery."
No further details were revealed.
No time for the crash was confirmed either.
