Caprice claims Dancing On Ice has boosted her sex life despite shock exit

Dancing On Ice fans were shocked when Caprice Bourret announced she was quitting the show amid her claims she was bullied by her skating partner Hamish Gaman.

Despite parting ways with the programme on bad terms, the model has claimed that all the hardcore training and difficult routines improved her sex life.

In an interview with new! magazine, Caprice, 48, said her husband of eight years Ty Comfort has a newfound appreciation for the ice skating competition because of what it's done for their marriage.

When asked if it had improved their sex life, she admitted: "Heck yeah - 150 per cent.

"At first Ty was very reluctant about me doing this show, because of the curse and the time, and now he says, 'I love this show. It's the greatest show on earth.' Or on ice, I should say."

But she confessed that he preferred her body before she lost weight thanks to gruelling rehearsals.

Caprice added: "I was like, 'Do you find this more attractive?' And [Ty] was like, 'Actually, Cap, I like your lumps and bumps, they're quite sexy.'

"How sweet is that! I was like, 'Good, because they're coming back after I've finished skating!'"

The interview took place before Caprice decided to quit Dancing On Ice.

She was at the centre of controversy when she publicly fell out with skating pro Hamish, who was sacked as her partner after ITV bosses agreed their relationship had turned 'toxic'.

But producers furiously deny speculation of bullying, insisting they "found no evidence" of claims Hamish had been 'gaslighting' Caprice throughout their gruelling rehearsals.

ITV said: "We take allegations of bullying very seriously but found no evidence on Dancing On Ice and we strongly refute any suggestion to the contrary.

"We're very proud of the team, both on and off screen. They produce a fantastic show and we are committed to ensuring that everyone who works on the programme is fully supported before, during and after the series is on air."
