The pair can both accept one-match bans with early guilty pleas, with Queensland back-rower Capewell cited for a crusher tackle and Blues enforcer Campbell-Gillard a careless high tackle.
There were a record 29 charges from round 11, topping the tally of 24 last week as part of an NRL crackdown.
