Croatia holidays are on the cards for Brits, as the country has remained on the UK's green list in the latest round of travel updates.
That means that Brits who visit the destination won't be required to quarantine when returning to the UK - however, you, will be required to take a pre-departure test as well as a PCR test on day two of your return.
There's more good news for UK holidaymakers too as Croatia is currently one of the countries welcoming Brits for holidays, and it's open to both vaccinated and unvaccinated travellers.
So, what are the travel rules?
Entry rules: Regardless of your vaccination status, you'll need to show a negative PCR test result taken within 72 hours of arrival, or an antigen test taken within 48 hours of arrival.
Back in the UK: You'll need to take a pre-departure test, and then a PCR test on day two of your return. No self-isolation or quarantine is currently required.
Croatia has relaxed its Covid restrictions so if you are visiting, you can expect the likes of attractions, hotels, restaurants and shops to be open.
Currently it's mandatory to wear masks on public transport, taxis and in shops and other commercial premises.

Oh, and those who love the Great Outdoors won't want to miss out on the country's ridiculously pretty national parks and beautiful beaches.
It's worth noting that Croatia is on the 'green watchlist' which means it's under the green list rules but can be at a higher risk of being moved to amber.

According to Reuters data, coronavirus case numbers are rising in Croatia to with 78 infections per 100,000 people reported over the last seven days.
However, the country has remained on the green list in the latest travel announcement on August 26, and usually these reviews are done every three weeks.
Of course this is subject to the Covid situation, so you should always check the Foreign Office's latest Croatia travel advice before planning, booking or going on a trip.
You should also be aware that England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland do have their own green lists. Currently, Croatia is green for all of these destinations but always check the rules for where you live before planning a trip.
