CALVIN Harris has made an unusual announcement ahead of his huge homecoming shows in Glasgow this weekend.
The Dumfries-born DJ and producer has launched a limited-edition Rave Haggis to tie in with his Hampden Park dates on Saturday, August 1 and Sunday, August 2.
Posting on Instagram today, he wrote: “Absolutely buzzing to announce my own HAGGIS to celebrate my two Scotland shows this weekend! That’s right, RAVE HAGGIS is an extremely limited edition premium haggis, made in Scotland by @stahlyqualityfoods. Available on the website or at the gig.”
Produced in partnership with Scottish butcher Stahly Quality Foods, the haggis is described as “an extremely limited edition premium haggis” and billed on his website as “a tribute to Scottish culture” and “the ultimate collector’s item for those who appreciate exceptional quality produce”.
It comes in retro-inspired packaging featuring exclusive Hampden Park 2026 artwork.
Harris will perform two nights at Hampden, with the first concert set to be broadcast live across BBC One, BBC iPlayer, BBC Radio 1, BBC Radio 1 Dance and BBC Sounds.
Travel operators are gearing up for the shows, with ScotRail confirming extra services and more seats between Glasgow Central and Mount Florida before and after both gigs, and a queuing system in place at Glasgow Central for fans heading to the stadium.
The announcement comes during a busy summer for Harris, who is in the middle of his double residency at Ushuaïa Ibiza and recently made his debut at Tomorrowland, as well as contributing to the soundtrack for Japan-set driving game Forza Horizon 6.
