Services sector expansion 

China’s State Council issued guidelines to expand and upgrade the services sector, targeting a total scale of 100 trillion yuan ($14.7 trillion) by 2030. The plan calls for advancing an “AI+” initiative, developing smart programming tools and supporting purchases of AI models and agent services.

Computing and power coordination

The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology is researching policies and standards for computing and power coordination while supporting the development of the space computing industry. Responding to rising memory chip prices, the ministry pledged multiple measures to stabilize supply chains.
