Police are warning North Side residents after three home burglaries were reported this month in Lincoln Park.
In each case, someone entered the home through the back door and took off with property from inside, Chicago police said in a community alert.
All of the burglaries were reported in the 1000 block of West Lill Avenue, police said. The earliest happened at 9 p.m. on Sept. 5, another occurred at 5:40 p.m. on Sept. 10 and a third at 5:30 a.m. on Sept. 11.
The suspect is described as a male with black hair between 5-foot-4 and 5-foot-6 and 135-145 pounds.
Anyone with information should call Area North detectives at 312-744-8263.
