Burger King's Glasgow stores set to create whopping fifty new jobs with salaries up to £30k

Burger King, one of Britain's most popular fast-food giants, is opening two brand new stores in Glasgow which will not only feed hungry Glaswegians but also create new jobs for locals, with salaries of up to £30,000.

The restaurant chain is opening two new branches - at St. Georges Road and Renfield Street - which'll create a whopping fifty jobs in the area.

Applications are now open for multiple roles including restaurant manager, senior assistant manager, assistant manager and a shift manager.

Those who are successful in joining the team will enjoy a variety of staff perks; from flexible hours and free meals at work, to 50% off food and drink for friends and family.

Jeremy Wright, People Director of Burger King UK, said: “As we continue to deliver on our bold and ambitious growth plans, we are delighted to be creating new job and career opportunities in the area. We look forward to welcoming 25 new starters into the Burger King family, at both of our new GLASGOW restaurants.

Five managerial roles are being created for the St. Georges restaurant, with four currently accepting applications: senior assistant manager, two assistant managers and shift manager.

Similarly, five managerial roles are being created for Renfield Street, but all are currently accepting applications for restaurant manager, senior assistant manager, two assistant managers and a shift manager.
