Bryce Harper hit a moonshot home run off his former team and then had an epic bat flip

Bryce Harper’s first game back at Nationals Park as member of the rival Phillies might have started off with boos and a couple strike outs but boy did it end with a bang as he hit an absolute moonshot home run to right center in the eighth inning that gave the Phillies an 8-2 lead.

And he had a pretty sweet bat flip, too, as he watched his homer sail into the night. It was his third hit in a row as he was coming off a single and a RBI double in his last two at-bats.

Nationals fans brought the heat early and loved it when he struck out but all the Phillies fans who made the trip down to D.C. were loving how things went down the stretch.

Not a bad return for Bryce.
